【Description 】We visit the campus of UC Berkeley in the morning. Faculty, alumni and staffs of Berkeley have won 72 Nobel Prizes. From the nostalgic campus, Golden Gate Bridge and Golden Gate Straight can both be seen! Afterwards we drive to San Francisco, home to over 50 rolling hills and surrounded by water on 3 sides. We visit the Golden Gate Bridge, Lombard Street, Palace of Fine Arts, and Fisherman's Wharf. Here you can take an optional cruise on the San Francisco Bay (own expense), and explore the Madame Tussaud. You may take an in-depth city tour at your own cost this afternoon. Stay overnight in Central California.

Yosemite National Park - Los Angeles

【Description 】In the morning we'll depart from the hotel towards Yosemite National Park. Giant trees, mountains and sparkling streams and lakes, glaciers-carved canyons, all these unique features make up Yosemite. Take a walk in the woods and enjoy the fresh forest air. After lunch, we'll travel across Central Valley of California, where over half of the fruits, nuts, and vegetables grown in country are produced every year. In the evening we'll return to Los Angeles.

(For safety purpose, in case of ice and snow in Yosemite National Park, we reserve rights to change the itinerary of the day: instead of Yosemite, we visit Solvang and Santa Barbara.)

LA City Tour:

A trip to Los Angeles city-EL PUEBLO DE LOS ANGELES HITORIC MONUMENT. Here is the birthplace of Los Angeles. It is not only a reflection of the early history of Los Angeles, 1818-1826 is the best microcosm of the Social Life. However, as urban development, and prosperity gradually moved south, the ancient city have gradually been forgotten abandoned. The efforts of interested parties in the 1953 Los Angeles city around the 44 acres have been designated as Stated Historical Park. Olive Street is the oldest shortest streets. Do not go to Mexico. In this street you can enjoy authentic Mexican food, buy a traditional Mexican products.

San Diego City Tour:
Depart from Los Angeles in the morning and along the beautiful coastline of Southern California, we will be heading towards San Diego. After about a 2 hour drive, we will be passing through Downtown San Diego, and arrive at Port of San Diego, the home to the world famous United States Seventh Fleet. Here, we will board a cruise (Ticket is included in the tour) and enjoy the views of San Diego leisurely, and we also have the chance to view in person the world’s most powerful fleet. After the cruise has ended, we will be boarding the USS Midway Museum (Ticket is included in the tour), explore the insides of USS Midway Museum. The next destination is one of the first public parks in the U.S., Balboa Park. There are 15 major museums and many events are held here every year; In particular, it held international expos in the year 1915 and 1935. Before nightfall, we will be heading back to Los Angeles, ending our day of rich historical and cultural exploration that San Diego offers.

Aquarium of the Pacific--Whale Watching--Battleship Iowa
Our pleasant day begins in the morning when we head to the Aquarium of the Pacific. 4th largest of its kind, the Aquarium covers an area of 5 acres and features over 12000 marine life in 500 different species. The Pacific Ocean is the focus of three major permanent galleries, sunny Southern California and Baja, the frigid waters of the Northern Pacific and the colorful reefs of the Tropical Pacific. Walk through the undersea tunnel and enjoy seeing all the marine life, from fierce sharks, to colorful coral reefs and tropical fish, and bizarre jellies, the Aquarium has it all. Board the whale watching boat at noon, and the voyage takes 2.5 hours. The warm Southern California ocean water lures whales, blue whales, grey whales, humpback whales are seen year round. You may even discover a group of orcas (killer whale)! Friendly Capitan switches off the engine when the boat reaches the region where whales are spotted, the world goes quiet, you are soon surrounded by nothing but sound of ocean waves and gulls, blue sky and sea. After the boat tour, we are headed to Battleship Iowa. Iowa is the last lead ship of any class of United States battleships and was the only ship of her class to have served in the Atlantic Ocean during World War II. During World War II, she carried President Franklin D. Roosevelt across the Atlantic Algeria, en route to a crucial meeting with Prime Minister Winston Churchill of Britain and Josef Stalin, leader of the Soviet Union. Iowa is known for her supreme fire power, with turrets can carry 2,000 tons of ammunition, and fire projectiles as far away as 24 miles, over the horizon. At 5pm, we finish our wonderful day trip.

Next, we head to Bryce Canyon National Park to discover the spectacular view of the reddish-orange colored sandstone formations, called hoodoos. Jackson – Grand Teton National Park – Yellowstone National Park – West Yellowstone
